I have been with this company since I was in college as an intern. I came back full time after graduation in an entry level position and was eager to quickly move up. I have applied for a few Catering Sales Manager positions, even ones I knew I was not going to get to show my eagerness to move up. I have had two interviews for this position, at different locations. My first interview was with Patrick. After my interview he took the time to sit with me and give me tips and pointers on things I can work on and experience I should look to gain to get me to the point of being qualified to move up. He made me feel comfortable, confident and ready to conquer my next interview. He suggested spending time as a Captain in event operations as a lot of the current Catering Sales Managers started there.
