In person Interview with the Foreclosure Manager. They really take the time to review your resume and ask you about specific things you have done. The only downside is that there was no HR person so these questions could not really be answered during the interview.

A lot like your average telephone interview. Very friendly conversation. You tell them about yourself and they discuss a little more about the company/position. Ask any questions at the end.

Entrevista
I applied on a Wednesday. Received an email the next day requesting a phone interview. Had the phone interview on a friday, they emailed me shortly after the phone interview asking me to do an in person interview which was scheduled for monday. The Interview was mostly me asking them questions. I was interviewed by 2 people, they were really nice. They asked basic questions, the interview wasn't hard at all. They called back that wednesday offering me the position.
