Muy buen proceso. Los objetivos y requisitos se comunican con claridad, y además existe una comunicación constante sobre el estado de la entrevista. En total, el proceso duró aproximadamente un mes, por lo que la contratación resulta ágil para los candidatos seleccionados.

The interviewer was more interested in my background and hardship than my skills, qualification or motivation for applying and also indicated/suggested maybe I should look into working in other field other than law. It was disheartening when I heard that their criticism was that I did not provide information about my skills or experience - although the advertisement was for an internship and the interviewer never once asked me about my skills or experience. Overall, I felt that the interviewer was inexperienced, unprofessional and disinterested in actually giving me a chance. It was more of a "tell me about your background and what you've been through" to make a good story to tell their friends and actually disregard the applicant and their intention and motivation for being there.
