I began by applying online. A week later I was contacted for a phone interview with one of McCarthy's local recruiters. The following week I had a two additional phone interviews with senior staff members. They then flew me out to their location for a day where I was able to meet with senior staff members, visit a local jobsite, and chat with quite a few team members. The following week, I received an offer letter. The entire process, from my application to the offer letter, took about 5 weeks.

Entrevista
Interviewed with the Hr specialist first. Generally it’s get to know you interview and after I interviewed with the project manager and project director for the job I was going to be on. Both meetings were virtual and hour long roughly but more of knowing who you are so brushing up on your talking and people skills.
Long and thorough. Interviewed with multiple employees. It wasn’t daunting by any means but they want to ensure you are the right fit for the company. They treated our interview group extremely well.

Interviews after campus career fair. After interview there was a long process involving 3rd party testing that seemed unnecessary. The interview itself was good. Recruiters were friendly and wanted me to do well.
