The hiring process took almost 3 months from the time I applied to the company to receiving the job offer. The process involves interviews (technical and behavioral), psychometric (logical and verbal) tests , and table topic presentations. Once you pass the technical interview, you will be nominated to attend the Assessment Day where the rest of the hiring process is to take place. To me, the process was smooth and fair.
