The interview process was very typical and they asked about the I2care values they have on their website so be prepared to talk about those in the interview when they ask about it
Asked probing questions. Really just wanted to get to know me in initial interview. There were a few questions that she asked. None involving what I currently do for a job more of wanting to get to know me.

Tell me about yourself. What motivates you? How do you calm down an upset customer? Some STAR questions were also presented. How I feel working inside vs working in outside sales.
