Entrevista
The interview process was a bit long. After submitting your CV and passing the first stage, you get a call to join an online training for your first interview. You have sessions every week to study case interviews. Can't remember exact number of sessions we had but they were a couple. The you have first interview, with feedback almost immediately. If you pass, you'll have a second partner interview. Overall, recruitment team was supportive. Even without an offer, you learn a lot through the process.

2. Second step is the invitation the solve the Mc Kinsey solve game which involves different case scenarios to solve. I was given the one for cleaning the ocean, i don't remember the other one.
3. If you are successful, you proceed to stage 3 for further interviews.

It includes challenges like **Ecosystem Management**, where I balanced predator-prey populations, and **Disease Outbreak Analysis**, where I identified patterns to find the source of an illness. Instead of traditional right-or-wrong answers, the game assessed how I **analyzed data, adapted to changes, and made strategic decisions**. There was no immediate feedback, but strong performance led to the next interview round. The experience was engaging, requiring logical thinking, pattern recognition, and optimization skills under time constraints.
