Round 1 was held in campus which was Pearson Versant Test No of people attended 20 Cleared 3 Round 2 Was held in Mc kinsey Global Services Office Bangalore Again Versant Test Attended 15 people Cleared 6 people Round 3 Mc Kinsey office Bangalore 90 mins make two slides based on the consultant requirement After reviewing the slides by the HR team in Chennai they will give calls to conduct Telephonic Interview Attended 6 Cleared 1 Round 4 Mc Kinsey office Chennai The HR will tell you to come to Chennai Office for the final round of Face to Face discussion this happening only because the HR's were unable to come to Bangalore due to work. Final Round It will be more like a one to one discussion About yourself , why McKinsey , Why should we hire you etc etc It will mostly take 2 hours to complete with the final round .
