First, a recruiter set up a phone interview, followed a couple weeks later with a Google meets interview that was asking about my work experience, also how comfortable are you with working from home.

Entrevista
Wasn't professional. Sent a thank you note and followed back up since there was no response. While it was stated in the interview the exact process steps these were not adhered to, person after a point seemed uninterested and vibe shifted. I wanted to close this out since it would only be professional. Happy to not move forward if this is how they treat a perspective candidate.

Entrevista
I applied for a part-time position. This is a job I was very interested in. However the recruiter was over 30 minutes late calling for the interview. When she called me, she sounded distracted. It seemed like she was at home possibly doing dishes. There was a lot of background noise and she was rushed. She was talking fast and sounded like she was in a hurry or late for something. She had no idea what position I had applied for, so she started talking about a position almost 5 hours away from me. When I told her that was not the position I applied for, she asked if I wanted full time or part time. I told her I applied for part time, but would be open to full time. She then asked where I was located. It seemed odd, since we had an interview scheduled, but she had no info in front of her. Then she said "I'm sorry, we really don't have anything in your area, all the jobs are filled, but we will keep your resume." Then she abruptly hung up. I was very disappointed because this is a position I was very interested in, and it is still posted.
