managed through internal recruiters who did an initial phone screening then invited to meet the team and a few potential colleagues. the interviews were rather straight forward and aimed to assess cultural fit within the company and validate my experience.

Interview was held in Sydney office. Interview standards was not up to the expectations. Very negligent and they were not even wiling to look at my resume. If the vacancy was filled, they could have very well cancelled the interview. It was just a formality. I felt insulted.
