I had a number of interviews within a months time. My first two interviews were screening calls with the hiring manger, then the writing manager and director of the writing team. After those interviews, they brought me in to meet with who would be my peers: fellow writers, collaborators, and other directors. There was about a few days delay between my interviews and the next steps. I started the process in early March and was hired in mid-April.
