My interview experience was the hands down the best recruitment experience I've ever had! Granted I am very early in my career, but I felt appreciated, like my goals and skills and thoughts really mattered. It gave me a better expectation for how I can be courted during recruiting. Medidata does such a good job investing in their HR! And it matters. It is a company's first impression, same as the interviewee. And from what I hear, Medidata always puts their best first forward.
