Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Mediko (Conway, SC).
Entrevista
Had a phone interview with HR, then with the DON at the facility. I was offered the position and asked if I could have the weekend to think about it. I was told yes. I called Monday and left a message that I would accept. I put my notice in at my employer. I called back again Tuesday and was told that another candidate (a male nurse) had been given that position that I was told I could have til Monday to accept , but a travel nurse going full employee may go to nights instead of keeping their current position, and once they knew for sure the next day, they'd tell me. I called back after not hearing what the nurse decided. I was called later and told they didn't commit to a shift yet but I would definitely have an answer Friday. No call by almost 5pm Friday, so I called and left a message. I still have not heard anything. So I put my notice in for a job I don't have. Don't tell someone they have time to decide when they don't, then say there's a possibility and you'll call when you won't. I was very excited for this position, and when the job I was told I could think about was given to someone else, was still excited to go work for them. I waited for a job I wanted while someone else couldn't commit to what shift they wanted, and was then ghosted.
Easy interview process. Standard interview questions, which they had pre-printed and ready to go. Interview was one on one. Very laid back. There was time to ask questions from the interviewer as well.
