Cons - Discussed my target compensation for the role, was told I was within the target range so I accepted interview. When offered the job 48 hours later the base salary was reduced by $20,000. Felt that was a bait and switch and wasted my time. Felt that was poor ethics by the company as I would not have accepted the interview if the compensation wasn't within the target range.
