short and simple. They do take a test on the day of the interview. The whole process takes about 2 weeks. They are really nice management. Great staff and peers.

first you take a test to see if you understand how their process of getting the job done. Second if you pass the examination then they call you in for an interview with the warehouse manager, where you answer some questions about how you handled certain situations.
