I was emailed two days after I applied to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview I was asked to come to an in person interview. There I met with five people, three interviews total. The interview process was great for the first round, however the other two rounds felt very unprepared. I met with the Associate Director of HR and she did not seem prepared to ask any questions, just randomly went through them on a sheet in front of me. The interviews were about two hours, and I was not offered the position, no feedback.
