Attended the In-person recruiting event in late October. 2 weeks later had a virtual 30 minute interview on Microsoft teams. Another 2 weeks later was invited to an in person interview with a few members of HR. All interviews were pretty laid back, everyone was nice and inviting. My only complaint is that these people will waste your time. Medpace, I advise you to invest more of your time and resources vetting candidates EARLIER on in your laborious interview process. Wasting nearly 3 months of everyone’s time is counterproductive. Every single interview, i got asked the same exact thing. Either do better at weeding people out, or do better at scouting the candidates you’re looking for.

Entrevista
It took around 2 hours including a talk with the HR generalist in the end. The questions were mostly behavioral (STAR) with some technical questions pertaining to the job descriptions. Everyone was really nice and punctual.
