1st call was an audio with HR, 2nd was a video conference with IT mgr.
Audio call was just to find out about you and video call was to test your skillset

They asked me lotsa questions and tested me on my skills which apparently i passed with flying colors. but no calls from them

Entrevista
I applied for this job and I got an email from the hr person to set up time to do a phone interview with me. The phone interview went well so a couple of weeks later I got invited to a in person interview. I met with two it supervisors who asked me basic questions about things on my resume then I met with the hr person to talk about next steps. She went over the company benefits and asked if I had aby other offers which made me think I was going to get a job offer. She told me I'd hear back within a week about what was going to happen next. I heard back in a little over a week that I was no longer under consideration for the position which I was surprised about considering that I thought my interview went well.
