The recruiter emailed me to reschedule the phone interview 5 mins after the scheduled time and never called me the second time. The most unprofessional interview process I have ever been through.

Had an internal contact recommend me. The interview was rescheduled a couple of times, phone screening with the recruiter was altered to a different person interviewing me. The second interview was with the recruiter, wasn't too hard.

I applied for the job and got an interview. The questions were standard and it seemed to be going well, I didn't get the job because they were looking for applicants with more experience.
