They call you for an initial interview, then ask to you to fly out for a group interview (but they don't pay for your flight unless you get the job). The group interview is with several other people, and is quite like a shark tank. If you don't impress initially, you don't get asked to stay for the individual interview.

Tell us about a time you got a subpar result and what did you do after to improve?
made it past the screening, learned from hiring manager they expect 150 dials per day, which is insane. you are a full cycle rep, how are you supposed to run any demos and close any deals if you are dialling 150 times per day. Not to mention the base pay is trash. what a joke.

Very kind and supportive team! However, I felt that the interviewer was not quite engaged from the beginning. Overall, great experience and enjoyed the process. The interview left me feeling excited about the opportunity and what it would be like to work at the company!

Panel Interview: 60 minutes
Friendly team. Mock sales interview for the panel. Clear about expectations (need to hustle in this role, not a chill 9-5). Asked a mix of behavioural questions and motivation questions.
