I was contacted for an opportunity, it took the recruiter a few days to respond to me. Had a call, then the initial interview with the hiring manager was scheduled. Very informal, positive experience. I was told the second round would be a conversation not a formal interview. I interviewed with two team members, it was definitely a formal interview. I reached out to the recruiter several times to ask about the status, I haven't heard a word. Whether I was chosen or not, this is very unprofessional for an organization to do. I'm highly disappointed with the recruiter and their lack of response.
