Very long it’s mostly at their convenience so it takes a while and you’re not really updated. The interview process itself is alright they may keep you waiting though I guess it depends on the recruiter

Describe a difficult situation and how you handled it

Entrevista
Overall the interview process was eh. The first two interviews were easy, just your basic phone and facetime screening. Third interview was in person however it felt like a waste of time because it was a behavioral interview and I felt the questions didn't pertain very well to the position. The final interview was in person with the doctor and all of his associates, they were pleasant. Overall the process took two months and could've been better given they took WEEKS to reply to some emails, or did not return some emails. Doesn't make sense not to reply to potential employees? Due to this I declined the offer seeing that HR was not very responsive.
