Submitted an application, received a call back 1 week later to schedule an interview, interview lasted about 1 hour. About 12 question interview, with a case scenario question at the end in which you are asked the medical diagnosis, nursing interventions, expected labs, and expected outcomes.

Straight forward, panel of 4 with educator, charge nurse, unit manager, and staff registered nurse over zoom video call. Asked 5 questions. Friendly interviewers for the most part. Average questions like difficult patient, tell me about yourself, how would you handle unknown situation.

I first received a phone call to schedule an in person interview. The interview was a panel interview that lasted 1 hour. There were a list of of situational/behavioral questions that they went through followed by 2 clinical questions and 2 video clinical case studies.

Entrevista
I applied to the new graduate RN program for the float unit on their website using the applicant portal and was contacted by email a few weeks later for an interview. I was emailed on Monday about an interview that would take place on Wednesday. I was interviewed with the person who emailed me and two other unit managers.
