Interviewed for a part time freelance position that consisted of 2 design tests and 2 interviews. I had done with 1st part design test followed by the 1st interview round. Then was told do to the 2nd part test and a 2nd round interview was supposed to be scheduled. They ended up not scheduling the 2nd round and hired someone else. Wasted my time doing the 2nd part if I wasn't even going to get the chance to do the 2nd part interview like I was supposed to. Process felt lengthy for a freelance remote part time gig.
