Entrevista
A rather intensive interview process for a part-time job, but the company really believes in its core values and demonstrates them well past the hire offer. The culture is open and positive, and expects high performance from it's participants. If this does not deter you, than you'll be an excellent fit. Just be sure to convey these values in the interview process.
