First interview was done at the school. This was a one on one meeting which from there you would be selected to go to the Merrill Lynch office in New york for a superday interview which consisted of interviews with 3 different people from within the firm. Once the interview was over then they fed you at the local resturant downstairs.

Interview questions were fair and standard. Prompt response. They expressed the clear expectations of the role and the timeline for professional development/career growth. If anything, I would say it wasn't the most personal conversation I've had with a recruiter.

The interview process was short and straightforward. I interviewed with three different members of the team at Merrill lynch. The interviews with each of the three enployees were one hour long and they were on 3 different days in the same month.
