My interview was not too strenuous, but I did my research beforehand. You need to be familiar with financial basics and have some experience. Just be honest about what you know, why you want to work there and hopefully you'll do well. The atmosphere of the interview is business casual and bring a resume or a few just in case they don't have them printed.
