Met with the office manager 3 times. she seemed to be checking me for weird personality habits!! Good: she was also producer, so knew what she was talking about. Coin: office seemed small, but there was some amount of camradarie. Tehre was not much explanation about the PMD program, which seemed strange since I only found out when i received the offer. have not registered for DEc-Jan dates yet, but it woul dbe good to include those rating here. finally, the 2 diagnostic tests you have to take before being hired are quite the killers....beware, don't be overconfident! its a biut like the gmat:)

Got introduced to the head of the office (Market Executive) by former colleague who was a financial advisor in that location. The day of my interview I had three interviews. The first two with other advisors in the office who reported back to the head of the office their thoughts on me. By the time I met with the head of the office, it was less of an interview process and more "both advisors recommended you, congratulations, so my job now is to explain to you the particulars should you wish to accept this role." He did agree to my request to set up a one-on-one discussion with one of the most senior advisors in the office before I agreed to accept, and they were very accommodating on my start date.

Two rounds of interviews with a final call with an offer from HR. Both interviews were web-based. Both interviewers were very personable and described the job and company very well.
