Interview process was good, however communication is sparse afterward. Had a phone screen and two on site interviews. No word back after the interviews good or bad. Overall was a good experience, they make you feel wanted if they think you are a good fit.
They will make you feel comfortable. The process is into different stages and you have to ace all before you can get the job. The only complex part is the oral stage.

Productive, spend more than 1 hour with hiring manager. Discuss a lot on job description and work culture. Good person to talk and transparent. Modern office environment and comfortable place to work.

Easy basic questions. Only downside is that it's like working on commission. Interviewee was nice and professional but in this role they dont give you any leads you have to start from .
