I was contacted to submit my resume then they never responded one more time past that. I understand I might not have been a good fit, but as a competent company you should give that feedback to your candidates. If YOU ask ME for my resume I assume you have a basic understanding of my skills, so please do the courtesy of responding back to candidates.

Phone interview with recruiter. Asked me basic questions about qualifications and experiences. Stated he would be sending me through to employer and contact me when they got an interview scheduled.
