Initially interviewed on the phone by the Director of Dept. then face to face, panel interview. Questions were behavioral interview questions and also some traditional interview questions. After 3 days, I was called by HR to come in for drug test and physical, then once physical was complete, I was scheduled for orientation 1 week later.
