Met both the Principal and Vice-principal. Both were friendly and interviewed me (Principal mainly the one asking me questions). Interview was easy, Asked on why I left previous job and why I wanted to join METTA. HR is friendly.

Normal asking about interviewing . Nothing much. Education, work experience, why choose us. If we give u offer.. How and how lo. Nothing much. Normal Interviewer question lo. Why choose special need. Paitent etc ok anot....
Fast and not very formal, asked me some questions on prior experience and expectations, what age group i am comfortable to work with etc. Come with understanding of special needs.
