It was very easy and not very high pressure at all. You'll sit in the class room with the store manager, and she or he will ask you the average questions about yourself, your employment, what you're looking for, and why you want to work there.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.

Easy. I walked in the store to ask if they had any job openings, and the manager interviewed me on the spot, and offered me a job. I submitted an application afterwards.
