It was very brief. I had already gotten the job by the time I walked in the door. It was essentially just an informative interview about what to wear, act, and who to report to on my first day.
FYI to all people applying, you're best bet is to apply in the fall because they need people for the holiday season. If you do a good enough job, they'll hire you permanently.

Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.

Easy questions, asking for availability. Mostly part time coworkers that they were looking for to fill in shifts. You should be knowledgeable in arts and craft suppies. Be enthusiastic and ready to learn
