Entrevista
Brief, discussed academic-based qualifications. They aren't looking for rocket scientists, just people skills. They just want to know you aren't rude/are able to focus on a task as required. Just be friendly and smile and try to convey some sort of interest in the company goal (selling crafts while providing excellent customer care through sales and friendly staff) and you'll be a shoe-in.

Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.

Easy questions, asking for availability. Mostly part time coworkers that they were looking for to fill in shifts. You should be knowledgeable in arts and craft suppies. Be enthusiastic and ready to learn
