Submitted resume to a friend who passed it on to the hiring manager. The hiring manager sent me an email to request time to interview. Since I did not live nearby, we first did a phone interview. I was asked to come on site a couple weeks later to interview in person. Both times, I interviewed with the hiring manager and project manager. They were both very nice during the process.
