Panel of 4 people. Asked me real life, relevant questions that pertain to the job. It was semi-relaxed and gave me a chance to not feel too uptight and nervous. I was called a few days later for a second interview and the job was then offered.

The Interview Process at Michigan State University was fast and to the point. I was contacted quickly after applying for an interview. I received a job offer after the interview quickly as well.

Nice. Kind. Comforting. They not mean. It felt conversational. Did not leave me feeling weird. I was not yelled at. They shook my hand, made great eye contact. I still have not met the 30 word minimum for Glassdoor's policy, so I'm just going to keep on typing until I get there.

It was a very typical interview process. I had a phone interview with the Director of the department, and then was offered an on campus interview with other colleagues in the department.
