First a phone call with a recruiter and then on-site interviews with 4-5 people on the same day, one hour each. The last round was usually with the highest level interviewer, but schedule may vary.
Everyone was very engaging and nice. The interview process was smooth. There were not many questions on the technical side; there was more focus on behavioral questions. Come prepared with questions to ask the hiring manager and study news around Microsoft.
Easy and smooth. 3 rounds of interviews. First with HR, then with hiring manager and last stage with interview panel of three interviewers. Questions were straight forward and communication with recruiter was great throughout the interview process
