Round 1. 30-minute recruiter phone screen (purely behavioral stuff) Round 2. 45-minute technical interview in-person interview Onsite: 4 interviews. A mixture of behavioral questions, deep dive on experiences on my resume, and technical questions, with a heavy focus on product design and execution questions. Pretty straight forward interview process. Seems like unlike many other companies, Microsoft asks lots of Microsoft specific product questions so definitely have a good understanding of what products and features do and don't currently exist for the team you are interviewing with (Office, Azure, Windows).
