First screening call with HR- max 3 mins: to verify you exist and detect any gaps with the job description. First interview with one person- 30mins: HR this is the first real interview about skills vs job posting. Second interview with panel- 30 mins: panel interview with hiring manager and some team extended members of your future team.

TA Inverview: Had to submit three pages of pre-interview question answers via email and then had the screening interview, Then many weeks later told a new TA was working it and did another screening interview. So that's 2 screening interviews plus the offline screening submission. Moved to next round of 3 x 1:1 virtual interviews. Then ghosted. Finally saw in their system the job is closed, but did not even get the generic email so was very much ghosted.
