Interview with consultant and company interview was pretty simple they basically explained what they do as they were already impressed with my experience and I had prior interview with the consultant

Response from human resources with typical screening questions as first encounter for the job. Second , was a telephone interveiw with the hiring manager. Third was a in person 1:1 with hiring manager in the job location city. Finally, flown in to head quarters in St. Louis to have 1:1 interviews with upper management and other top brass. This was an all day affair meeting with 5 people in total for roughly 45 minutes each. They did pony up for first class seats inbound and outbound.
