Phone call lasted about 25 minutes and I was told about the job expectations and asked a few questions about my background and why I was looking for work. Very pleasant experience.

Can be longer than other companies, but it depends on who you know. Initial screening with HR, 1 on 1 with a hiring manager and a trip into HQ for an interview panel is the main structure.
