Out of all recruiting that I have experienced this has been the most unprofessional firm that I have ever had the opportunity to deal with. First point of contact handling interview scheduling was fast and efficient. However this is where the professionalism ended. First scheduled phone interview the interviewer never called or gave advance notification and had to reschedule. Second scheduled phone interview the interviewer again never called or gave advance notification and had to reschedule. Third scheduled phone interview when the interviewer finally managed to call 20 minutes late was inexperienced at interviewing which forced me to guide the discussion and had an air of impatience as if the entire phone call was a waste of their time. Overall the firm does not value the candidate's time and sorely lacks the professionalism that is available at other firms.
