Brief, straight and to the point questions about your background in sales. The sales manager's goal during the interview is to see if you are acquainted with Mindbody software and how you can pitch it to prospective target markets. He/she will also ask you different ways to face rejection when cold calling.

I first had a phone call with a recruiter who asked me basic questions about MINDBODY. From there I was scheduled for an in-person interview. I then was given a tour around the campus and where I would potentially be working and sat in on a couple of calls to see what the work would be like.
