Completed 3 interviews with MSA employees. 30 minute interview with hiring manager, 90 minute second interview with hiring manager, and 90 minute interview with team. Felt comfortable during each. Then 18 day wait with no feedback before decision. After i had already completed 2 interviews i was contacted by HR department about interviewing with them. Notified i was already interviewing for position via recruiter. Hiring manager seemed very organized, but the people supporting her seemed very disorganized. There is definitely a communication issue.
