Went in for all 3 interviews and shadowed as well. They told me they would call me back the following Thursday/Friday. I didn’t receive a call so I ended up calling them to find out they were too busy to give me an answer because of their thanks giving dinner and I would hear from them the following Monday/Tuesday. Till this day i haven’t heard from them. I keep calling but everyone is “busy”. Extremely unprofessional. At least call to let someone know whether or not they got the job.

Interview process was normal in the beginning. There's the initial phone interview, in person with 3-4 people, then come back for a sit day and shadow a recruiter. After my interviews I always felt confident. Especially after the last one since I was basically told I was going to get an offer as I was leaving my sit day. After that they went completely silent. I understand there are other candidates who might have been a better fit, and the actual interview process was just fine. However, being told I basically got the position, and THEN not even receiving a rejection email of any sort is the reason for my negative review. It was done with complete unprofessionalism, and now that is unfortunately my view of the whole company.
