Had an interview with an HR person. Phone Screening call. I replied to all the questions. My resume and experience matches exactly the job requirements with all the degree and certifications needed. No positive reply. Very surprising .

why thinking of leaving your job
Got an automatic rejection email from the Recruitment Team (that they sent from their professional email address): - "Unfortunately, after reviewing your experiences and skills, they do not fit our current expectations for the role of Agile Project Manager." I replied to the email asking why they rejected my profile despite have a resume that ticks 100% of their requirements. Their answer: the role is in Montreal. They didn't even bother to ask if I was willing to relocate from Toronto (I was). They just made an assumption and went with it. Not professional at all.
