The process started off with a 30 min interview with the HM - simple enough. I was then given a case and was told it should take "no more than 6 to 8 hours" -- I find this to be an absurd amount of time to spend on a case. I spent 12-14 hours on that case, fine tuning it and responding to all the questions asked. The next step was to present it to a member of the hiring team. I had 20 minutes to present. The entire time, it sounded like the interviewer was in a loud/crowded space and I felt like there was someone talking over me the entire time. The interviewer didn't ask many questions about things in or not in the presentation. Received a canned email a few days later that I would not be getting the position.
