First I met with the recruiter about job expectations and the interview timeline. The recruiter was extremely helping in working with me to prep for all of the interviews. I then met with the hiring manager for an hour and we talked through my experience and my view on running a channel sales team. For the final stage, I met with 5 other people who tested me on different skills and competencies.
