The interview process isn't too bad. You get scheduled an interview after your application is viewed. They usually have a wait period of about 2 weeks. I have heard though they can get you in for an interview immediately sometimes. Your interview consists of questions about previous work history, yourself, your goals, and they give you information about working for them such as their benefits and such. I was hired immediately and started 2 weeks after interview. I have heard of them saying they will call with results.
